“Thanks for writing the book. I read it from cover to cover
in a couple of days - couldn't put it down. There is just so
much to learn from your story. I will just say that you have
strengthened my faith and I thank you for that.”
William H.

I couldn't put this book down once I started it.
Miriam has been through more highs and lows in her
20 something years than most people have in a lifetime!
The one thing that shines through is the faithfullness of
God. In times of intense pain, someone would always offer
a word in season and through all her experiences God was
always with her. This book is suitable for both Christians
and non Christians. You will be blessed beyond measure
at God's goodness and for the non Christian it will be
reassuring that you don't have to be perfect or 'good'
before we are accepted by Jesus.

OMG Miriam you are such an inspiration! Your book taught
me so many things I didn't even realise about myself and
has changed my whole outlook on certain things. It has
brought me closa2God and made me realise I should not
complain as mch as I do and just keep da faith in God
instead of givin up. If it workd4yu then it will work4me.
Thanks soooo much 4writing that book and the lesson
part was the best part, I learnt soo much from it.

I was very encouraged by the frank, no compromise style of
this book. Miriam is right, the Church often ignores or does
not know how to deal with a lot of the issues many of us
experience and yet they are real issues facing people
everyday in the ‘real’ world. Miriam I feel so deeply for you,
especially for what you suffered in the Church
which should be a place of healing.
This book will encourage many and offer them real hope.
It is certainly encouraging to me, as someone involved with
Ellel Ministries, that Miriam received so much healing and
deliverance here. There are also many precious insights
into the process of discipleship and walking with God
in healing. It was also an insight into the black majority
churches from which so many of our delegates come.
Praise God these churches are vibrant and growing, but
sometimes there are underlying issues that need to be
addressed. We pray that God will help us to help them as
a ministry, so eventually we make ourselves redundant
– because the church will start doing this ministry itself!
Bless you so much, with love in Him.
